What’s Happening at The Rockville Center
Summer Camps Are Here – Sign Up Today!
Get ready for a fun-filled summer at The Rockville Center! Our 2025 Summer Youth Camps are now open for registration, featuring exciting new activities like crafts, cooking, dance, yoga, and volleyball—plus all your favorite sports camps!
📅 Camps run Monday – Wednesday, 9 AM – 12 PM
🏊 Every camp includes pool time!
✅ Open to both members & non-members
🌞 It’s Not Too Late to Join The Rockville Center! 🏊♂️🎾
2025 memberships are still available—and while the May 1 deadline has passed, there’s still time to be part of our amazing community! A $35 late fee now applies, but membership comes with great benefits:
✔️ Access to the pool and tennis/pickleball courts
✔️ Member discounts on facility rentals
✔️ Discounted registration fees for summer camps
✔️ Eligibility to join the Rockville Racers Swim Team (separate registration required)

Exciting Pool Bathroom Renovations for 2025!
The Rockville Center Board has been hard at work this winter, making big improvements to our pool bathrooms! Just in time for the 2025 season, we’re excited to unveil fresh paint, new flooring, updated stalls, and—best of all—AIR CONDITIONING! These upgrades will provide a cleaner, more comfortable experience for our members all summer long.
A huge thank you to our dedicated Facilities & Maintenance Committee members for their hard work in making this project a reality! We can’t wait for you to enjoy the refreshed space.

The Rockville Center is a volunteer-led nonprofit, and the only way our community gets to enjoy this incredible facility is through the hard work and dedication of our board members and volunteers. To keep things running smoothly, we need more helping hands!
There are vacancies on the board, and we’re looking for community members like YOU to step up. No special experience is needed, —just a willingness to pitch in, get to know your neighbors, and give back to our amazing community. The team is laid-back, fun, and committed to making The Rockville Center the best it can be!

It’s time for the Rockville Racers Swim Team Annual Swimathon! Our Racers will be swimming their hearts out, raising money for each lap they swim — and we need YOUR support!
📣 Come out and cheer on our swimmers!
📅 Friday June 27 | ALL DAY – Team is swimming 8 am – Noon, lanes open to members who want to swim (see sign up)

Celebrate Independence Day the best way we know how—poolside with your community! Join us for our annual 4th of July Pool Party, filled with good food, friendly competition, and festive fun for all ages.
🌭 Hot Dogs on the Grill
🎯 Games & Contests with prizes
🤝 Quality time with neighbors
💦 And of course… the legendary Belly Flop Contest—
Who will be crowned Rockville’s Belly Flop King this year?! 👑
This is one of our favorite events of the year, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you.

Games start at the top of each hour, with a few surprises on the half-hour!

🎱 Bingo Night Highlights
Bingo Night was a big success! Huge thanks to the volunteers who sweated over the grill, donated prizes, and helped bring this swim team fundraiser to life. Kids Bingo was full of energy and fun, while Adult Bingo brought some fierce competition and laughs. Together, we raised valuable funds for our Rockville Racers — we appreciate your support!

What a night! We had an amazing turnout for our first ever Glo Party. The food truck sold out early (Rockville came hungry!), and though we had to speed up the glow stick dump due to a storm rolling in, the kids still had an absolute blast. We may have missed the full glow, but the joy and community spirit were shining bright all evening. Thank you to everyone who came out and made it special!
